Do I really get access forever with 1 single payment?

Yes, after you have made your payment you will have access to the download area forever, you will not need to pay again and will always have access to the latest patches/upgrades as well as any new extensions, I actually have users who paid 2 years ago back when I only had 5 extensions and they still have access and download my new releases.

I don't have a paypal account how can I make a payment?

If you don't have a paypal account don't worry you can still make a payment by selecting the paypal option, paypal have a guest account option that will let you pay with your credit/debit card. For more information click here.

Are all extensions compatible with Joomla! 3.0?

Yes all extensions are compatible with Joomla! 3.0, Please check the bottom of each extension page for compatibility.

I need support for the extensions I am using how can I get help?

Do you do customization of your extensions?

I don't do customization of extensions for each customer as I don't have the time, however if you have an idea for a customization then let me know, in the past a customer gave my an idea for one of my extensions that I thought was great, I made the changes and released it in the next version!
